The aerospace industry today is largely driven by life cycle cost and weight reduction. These objectives are putting high demands on aerospace manufacturers. Aerospace quality requirements leave no room for error, further increasing the challenge.

Diab has been the knowledge leader of composite core materials for over sixty years and has been producing materials for the aerospace market for more than half of those. Our competence in sandwich and core materials is second to none and our vast experience has taught us to develop solutions adapted to very specific needs.

Our strong and light sandwich composites allow for a decrease in weight and fuel consumption, which results in an increase in range and/or payload. We have a holistic approach that takes into account design, manufacturing and quality requirements of your specific solution. To meet market needs, we are consistently developing our product offering.

For the aerospace industry we offer Divinycell F and Divinycell HT grade, providing high performance solutions that can be used within everything from small private aircrafts to large passenger planes. The materials are used in many different parts such as wings, fuselages and interiors.

To substantially increase efficiency, save cost and improve quality, all of Diab’s materials can be delivered in ready-made engineered kits or any 3D shape.
