FTE APEX Asia Expo

FTE APEX Asia Expo is Asia’s biggest free-to-attend passenger experience and business performance expo. The last show in 2019 show was the first to be jointly delivered by FTE (Future Travel Experience) and the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) following the announcement of their tie-up, and it delivered record results with the largest-ever number of exhibitors and attendees, with 119 airlines and airport operators represented among the 2,500 registrations.

Aviation will enjoy tremendous growth across Asia in the coming decades, and as a result there is huge demand from the industry to connect in-person again. FTE and APEX are proud to stage the definitive event for the continent to help air transport stakeholders understand how to use technology, design and new service approaches to improve efficiency, operations, customer experiences, sustainability and revenues as the region opens back-up comprehensively in 2022.
