•Act as the focal point in creating a production schedule for the Interior Modification Center using the best available tools and software; providing daily workload and tracking, status updates, and feedback on in-house and sub-contracted hours, and maintaining a schedule with regular audits on production requirements, capacity, schedule, and workforce size.
•Coordinate with departments and division managers to sequence production, assembly, and installation; monitor and communicate as needed to identify and resolve issues related to budget, service, quality and delivery
•Research and assign manufacturing times and due dates, track during release process
•Identify and resolve supplier and internal errors that result in budget and/or schedule discrepancies
•Analyze project information and requests and communicate requirements to purchasing, production, and operations personnel.
•Routine administrative duties to support department activities, may include supervision of others performing these duties.
•Evaluate production of in-house versus outside services, estimating labor costs, production hours, and converting costs in to vendor dollars.
•Stay informed and assist in accurate management of work orders, workload, current projects, and processes.
•Assist with development, documentation, and implementation of company procedures and standards
•Perform other duties as assigned to promote the success of projects, individuals, and the company

•Self-motivated, energetic, dependable, honest, self-starter with a keen sense of detail.
•Ability to manage a dynamic workload ranging from heavy multi-tasking to detail-oriented work
•Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
•Experience in aviation planning is a plus
•Exceptionally high level of commitment to the success of individuals and overall projects
•Strong knowledge of computer of computer software such as Microsoft Office
•Willingness to work extra hours to meet the needs of business demands
