Job Summary
You will support the development of sales and execution of sales plans, maintaining the company’s goals and objectives. You will work collaboratively with sales associates and operations’ business units’ organizations in the pursuit of new prospective customers and the retention of existing clients. Furthermore, you will represent the company within the market community and support the brand’s identity and stature in the market place.

Essential Job Duties
• Develop and manage professional business relationships and network within the assigned business sector (interior products)
• Identify and cultivate new customers resulting in new business opportunities
• Interface, survey, benchmark and develop plans to increase current business and develop new business opportunities with established customers
• Conduct market analysis for specific products and regions to better drive product development and sales activities
• Organize and conduct presentations of company products and capabilities to current and prospective customers, organizations and trade shows as required
• Develop plans and recommend strategies which produce sales results within the business criteria established by the business unit’s leadership and sale’s supervision
• Maintain “Sale Pipeline” information to support current and timely status of prospects and sales results
• Support annual sales planning with the VP of Sales and the operations organization

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree desirable
• Five (5) years of experience in sales in aviation or a related field
• Must have thorough knowledge of aviation interiors market, including specific customer familiarity and personal contacts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly developed negotiation and presentation skills including powers of persuasion
• Must have excellent personal and intuitive skills to develop and maintain personal relationships with customers and fellow employees
• Strong team building attributes
• Must be open-minded and respectful to other cultures and beliefs
• Must be familiar with financial models and have a basic understanding of accounting
• Must have the knowledge or the ability to learn and understand customer technical and commercial requirements
• Travel expectations: greater than 50%, both domestic and international
