Quality department
- Maintain and develop our integrated management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality guidelines and customer/standard requirements, monitor process reviews, and implement corrective and improvement measures
- Organise and conduct internal and external audits
- Plan, coordinate, and track actions because of these audits. Develop and update internal manuals as well as review and approve quality-related documentation and information
- Manage, schedule and train employees
- Communicate with authorities, customers, certification and accreditation bodies, suppliers, and service providers
- Manage complaints
- Produce reports for senior management
Processes department
- Design and implement in-house projects
- Act as an interface between departments
- Analyse, standardise and further develop existing processes
- Produce process descriptions and instructions
- Coordinate documentation creation and control
- Schedule and train employees
Required knowledge / skills / requirements
- A degree in engineering or similar
- Several years’ experience of QA/H&S
- Additional internal auditor, Sib qualification
- Comprehensive knowledge of the DIN EN ISO 9001 standards
- Further professional training in quality management, e.g. as an auditor, quality manager, officer, or expert
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality and process management
- Excellent knowledge of Windows and MS Office, Excel, Word, and Project
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- A great team player, highly resilient and willing to cooperate
- Target- and solution-focused approach
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of staff management
