RedCabin, an organiser of aircraft interiors events, has announced details of the 2024 Aircraft Cabin Innovation Summit (ACIS). The event will take place on 12th to 14th June 2024 and will be hosted by American Airlines at its Robert L Crandall campus, situated adjacent to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport in Texas, USA.

The announcement was made at the conclusion of the latest ACIS event in Everett, Seattle, which was hosted by Teague. This was the most popular ACIS event to date with more than 250 senior executives from the aviation interiors industry collaborating with a goal to deliver improved passenger experience in the future.

The ACIS events cover several aspects of aircraft interiors, from sustainability to new seat and cabin designs, to CMF (colour, materials and finish). A point of difference from other events is that the Summits are designed to create a collaborative environment where industry experts can openly debate ideas, discuss future trends, share experiences and work together to deliver the next generation of passenger experience in the cabin.

The 2024 ACIS events is expected to showcase passenger experience innovations and ideas from airframe manufacturers, airlines and industry suppliers, and to cover issues such as delivering a 21st Century cabin experience for the next generation of supersonic and evTOL aircraft. The full agenda will be revealed first on LinkedIn and Twitter.

Monica Wick, founder and CEO of RedCabin, said of the 2024 event: “To have American Airlines as the host of ACIS 2024 is a huge honour. American Airlines understands the critical importance of passenger experience in the aviation industry as well as the power of collaboration to drive passenger innovation. We look forward to working with American Airlines to showcase the airline’s vision to the wider industry.”

Kim Cisek, VP of customer experience at American Airlines, added: “We are honoured to host RedCabin’s ACIS conference in 2024 at our headquarters in Dallas-Fort Worth. We look forward to welcoming the aviation interiors industry to our campus for discussions around the future of passenger experience as we continue our commitment to deliver a world-class experience to our customers.”
