STG doubles Miami premises

July 10 2015 – Aircraft lighting specialist, STG Aerospace, has opened a new US manufacturing and warehousing facility adjacent to the Miami International Airport runway, with double the space of the company’s previous US premises.

According to STG, this investment in expansion reflects growing demand throughout the Americas for its products and has been specifically designed to serve this market quickly and more efficiently. The new facility will also ensure that STG Aerospace can manufacture its latest products within the US as well as the UK.

As part of STG Aerospace’s continued global expansion STG also recently launched a wholly foreign owned subsidiary (WFOE) in China. With this expanded presence in the USA and China STG is able to market all of its approved product range on a local basis.

Nigel Duncan, STG Aerospace’s chief executive, commented, “The Americas are, of course, a key market and it’s particularly gratifying for us that our investment in a new facility was driven by customer demand. Meeting the needs of customers is at the heart of all we do. Increasing the size of our manufacturing and warehousing operations in the US will enable us to better serve both existing and new customers throughout the region.”
