With Morocco’s tourism industry thriving and the 2030 World Cup set to shine a global spotlight on the country, Royal Air Maroc (RAM) is scaling its operations to meet growing demand. The airline, which plans to quadruple its fleet by 2037 with nearly 150 new aircraft, has partnered with Touch Inflight Solutions (Touch) to upgrade its inflight entertainment (IFE) offering.
Touch Inflight Solutions will provide RAM with a scalable IFE platform that grows alongside its fleet, enabling the airline to deliver a consistent entertainment experience across all routes. Through real-time content updates and adaptable technology, the platform is designed to give RAM passengers a consistent experience, whether they are flying regionally or internationally.
Touch will help curate IFE content with a mix of big Hollywood movies, alongside content that celebrates Moroccan cinema, music, and storytelling. From global films to Arabic programming that resonates with Moroccan culture, the selection is designed to reflect both international appeal and regional authenticity. Curated documentaries, locally inspired playlists, and a data-driven approach will ensure the library evolves with passenger preferences.
To ensure the smooth implementation of the IFE platform, Touch will provide RAM with a dedicated French-speaking account manager operating in a time zone aligned with Morocco. This localised support will enable efficient communication, agile decision-making, and on-time delivery as the airline scales its operations.
