The centre suites can be separated by a divider, or left open for a shared travel experience
The rear wall of the seat is clad in a sound-reducing material from MGR Foamtex, with a speedmarque motif for British Airways branding
British Airways has maintained the 1-2-1 layout in the A380 first-class cabin
The new British Airways First suites feature a useful storage cupboard for bags and garments, lined in red Muirhead leather to evoke the linings of tailor-made suits
The outboard single suites in the new British Airways A380 First cabin
A large meal table deploys from the armrest in the BA First suite
The new British Airways A380 First suite is not short of personal stowage spaces. This handy compartment is again lined with red leather sourced from Scotland
The new BA First suite is designed for a feeling of calm and relaxation
Stowages, seat controls and a snack and cocktail surface are all close to hand
The tablet controller enables BA First guests to adjust the seat and select entertainment without having to stretch across to the main touchscreen
The stylish lamp in the BA First suite is inspired by British Airways’ speedmarque logo
This handy compartment can be used to keep valuables secure and close to hand. It also reduces the risk of small personal items being left behind or becoming trapped in the seat mechanism
The colour, material and finish team at Tangerine carefully selected natural-feeling options from UK suppliers
The red Muirhead leather provides a ‘pop’ of colour when opening parts of the seat
Even the wireless charging surface was carefully considered by the CMF team at Tangerine
Natural finishes have been chosen for the man-made materials used in the new BA First suite
Quality materials sourced from around the British Isles, all working in harmony
The red leather has been teamed with a contrasting cream stitching
