Beirut-based Middle East Airlines (MEA) is fitting its fleet of 11 Airbus aircraft with CL3710 and CL5710 seats from Recaro Aircraft Seating. Delivery started on 11 July, 2020, most recently on MEA’s newest A321 (MSN 10,000).

The 28 CL5710 business class seats are fitted 2-2 at a 50in pitch, and equipped with lumbar support systems and power controls, leg rests with integrated foot bars, and extendable cocktail tray tables. The 28 CL3710 economy class seats feature six-way adjustable headrests.

“With the A321neo expanding MEA’s route capabilities, the CL5710’s power features make it the perfect fit for their business class travellers,” said Dr Mark Hiller, CEO of Recaro Aircraft Seating.
