Air France keeps kids amused

July 15, 2015 – Just as the summer holidays are getting started, Air France is improving its offer for children to ensure that all of its young globetrotters (and their parents and fellow passengers) enjoy their journey. This offer includes dedicated kids’ areas, a new film partnership with Le Petit Prince and special certificates for first-time flyers.

For parents traveling in long-haul business, their children can now enjoy the dedicated kids’ areas in the lounges at halls K, L and M in Terminal 2E at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. These areas have Sony PlayStation Vita systems, board games, coloring books and crayons and children’s furniture.

Once on board, children can enjoy Air France’s IFE system. Air France is the official partner of Mark Osborne’s film, Le Petit Prince, which will be released in France on July 29 and will soon be available worldwide. To mark the release, Air France is organizing drawing competitions on its social network with prizes including the chance to win a long-haul family trip. In October 2015, Air France will be the world’s first airline to exclusively screen this film on board its long-haul flights.

If it is the first time a child has flown or their birthday, Air France cabin crew will gift special certificates for the children to keep.
