Managing director Gerry Griffiths commented, “Despite the global downturn in commercial aviationvdue to the pandemic, we have seen steady growth in galley repairs. We have introduced a number of improved efficiency measures within the galley workshop to further reduce TATs and continue to invest in tooling and equipment. We have also begun to invest in carefully selected galley inserts such as coffee makers and ovens for lease or exchange.”
