Avianor launches a digital marketplace for aircraft interiors

Another recent launch at Avianor: its A220 Centre of Excellence

Avianor, a specialist in aircraft MRO and interiors solutions, has launched a digital marketplace that brings together services designed to meet the needs and requirements of cabin modification projects for companies worldwide.

The marketplace offers a ‘one-stop destination’ for all interior projects and has been designed to meet the needs of technical teams working on aircraft cabin modifications, whether they require parts, services, or support.

Key features of the Avianor marketplace include:

  • Categorisation and filtered searches: Each part is categorised according to several identification factors based on manufacturer, model (e.g. A320 family, A330/340, B737, B767…), part number, usage, and other differentiators. These filters simplify and accelerate the parts search process.
  • Project creation and quote requests: Clients can also create ‘Projects’, adding items using a dedicated tool to build their interior projects (also known as BOM – bill of materials or parts list). This feature also allows users to request a consolidated quote for all items in a project and collaborate with team members.
  • Tailored support: If in-demand parts are unavailable, Avianor will assist in parts sourcing and propose alternative parts, including modification, maintenance or even new designs, along with the relevant certification (FAA, EASA, TCCA, etc).

“The Avianor marketplace is unique in our industry,” stated Pierre-Louis Patin, cice president for interior solutions at Avianor. “I wish I had access to such a tool back in the day when I was hands-on driving cabin modifications projects.”
