Aviointeriors has parted company with Franco Mancassola, the company’s former CEO (2000-2005) and currently its business advisor. According to both parties, this is simply due to the expiry of Mancassola’s 12-month employment contract, which began in February 2013. Mancassola is well known in the industry, having held senior positions at Continental Airlines, Mid Pacific Air, and Debonair.

“I am satisfied that we have met all the objectives and goals that the company had set for their immediate future and having accomplished that, I am now moving to a next, exciting chapter. It has been a good experience working again with so many familiar faces, but now is time to move on”, stated Mancassola.

Mario Schisa, CEO of Aviointeriors added that Mancassola’s presence was “indispensable and he was a formidable guide to let us better understand the rapid changes that are occurring within the aircraft market.”
