TAP Air Portugal, the nation’s flag carrier airline, is now featuring inflight amenities from Lisbon-based cosmetic brand Benamôr in its business-class cabins as well as on the ground in the Lisbon premium lounge. The kits will contain high-quality skincare products, including liquid soaps, creams and beauty products, and will also help promote awareness of premium Portuguese products internationally.
The Benamôr brand was founded in 1925 by an apothecary in the heart of Lisbon. The range of beauty products are all developed and prepared by hand, mixing ingredients from Portuguese botany with natural perfumes. Benamôr has created some of the most famous cosmetics recipes in Portugal, including Alantoíne hand cream, and Créme de Rosto, with a rose extract claimed to refine and give an immediate radiant look to the skin. Benamôr lists each product’s complete ingredient list, which are 99% natural, ethically hand-made, dermatologically tested, and cruelty-free.
