Aeroworks Composites upgrades fire property test equipment

August 26, 2016 – There has been a lot of activity at Netherlands-based components company, Aeroworks Composites. The company has completed the modernization of its fire property test equipment, which includes a smoke density chamber, toxicity equipment and heat release chamber. The equipment, supplied by Marling Engineering (USA), is intended to allow Aeroworks to continue to provide test services for all relevant aircraft Interior fire property testing.

The Aeroworks test laboratory, located in The Hague, is claimed to be the only test laboratory in the Netherlands capable of performing smoke, toxicity and heat release testing. The laboratory staff cooperates with design organizations to evaluate and interpret the test results to optimize aircraft interior products.
