Safran’s quick-response quality control process


Safran has introduced Quick Response Quality Control at its Electrical & Power division, a managerial tool for enhancing performance. If a deviation is identified for a product or process that isn’t up to standards, it triggers a ‘first defect shutdown’ of the production chain. Then the investigation begins. Two of Safran’s top investigators present their new problem-solving methods
