Trying out Air New Zealand’s Business Premier class at AIX 2023

In 2022, Air New Zealand revealed its brand new cabin interior designs, featuring Business Premier class, designed and manufactured with Safran Seats to provide comfort on 17 hour-plus flights. The seats are due to enter in service in 2024 as linefit and retrofit seats in the airline’s Boeing 787-9 fleet.

An event at Aircraft Interiors Expo 2023 in Hamburg was one of the best opportunities to try out the seat, as demonstrated by Kerry Reeves, Air New Zealand’s head of aircraft programmes.
