AIM Altitude appoints new CEO

AIM Altitude has announced the appointment of Richard Bower as CEO, with effect from January 1, 2018. Bower joined the group in 2011 and has been group commercial director since 2013. His previous roles included CEO of SELL (then part of the Premium Aircraft Group), and CEO roles with Renaissance Capital and RBS Equity Finance.

Mark Edwards steps down as CEO and will take on the non-executive role of deputy chairman of AIM Altitude and continue as a non-executive director of the holding company of Thompson Aero Seating.

Xu Tongyu, chairman of AIM Altitude and president of AVIC International Aero Development said, “Richard has broad experience of our business and a long association with Boeing, Airbus and our airline and leasing company customers. I am also very pleased that Mark has agreed to continue his association with AIM Altitude as a non-executive director.”
