Burrana promotes David Pook to VP of customer experience

Inflight entertainment (IFE) and cabin technology provider, Burrana, has promoted David Pook to the role of VP Customer Experience. Pook joined the company in 2019 as VP of marketing and sales support, leading the global marketing and sales operations team. In his new role, Pook now leads global sales, programme management, marketing, OEM partnerships and contracts, centralising management of all customer centric touchpoints across the business.

Prior to joining Burrana, Pook had more than 20 years of aviation experience across systems engineering, product management, programmes and marketing, most recently at Thales InFlyt Experience, where he was director of operational marketing.

“With an unwavering passion for bringing innovative customer experiences to life, coupled with a strong technical background and a rapport with the industry spanning 25 years, David is the perfect candidate to take on this new opportunity” stated Graham Macdonald, CEO of Burrana.
