Hong Kong Airlines amenity kits bursting with local pride

0
Hong Kong Airlines is keeping a local flavor in its business class with the introduction of a new range of collectible amenity kits designed by local design house, Ricebowl Republic. As well as being designed in Hong Kong, the bags feature iconic symbols of the city, including bird cages, tea pots, rice bowls and the Hong Kong skyline.
Supplied by CLIP – a Hong Kong-based amenities supplier, naturally – the four styles of bag are made from thick cotton canvas with a contrasting lining and contain socks, an eyeshade, earplugs, pillow, and l’Occitane skincare products.

Chris Birt, Hong Kong Airlines’ general manager for service delivery stated, “This is our second year of collaboration with CLIP and Ricebowl Republic, and the first set of four designs were so popular with our business class customers that I know they will love the new designs we have rolling out over the next 12 months.”
