Aer Lingus hires Retail inMotion as personal shopper

June 21, 2017 – Aer Lingus has entered into a retail consultancy agreement with LSG Group subsidiary, Retail inMotion. As part of the agreement, Retail inMotion will act in an advisory role to the airline for onboard retail services. The scope of this partnership will initially include consultation on onboard retail and duty-free range selection and management, crew training, menu card and catalog design, and optimization of the airline’s existing onboard retail program.

“Our Bia and Boutique ranges form an important part of our in-flight service and we look forward to working in partnership with Retail inMotion to further enhance our award-winning guest experience,” commented Mike Rutter, Aer Lingus’ chief operating officer.
