JAL offers free wi-fi on domestic flights

January 29, 2017 – Japan Airlines (JAL) has decided to upgrade its inflight internet campaign of offering 15 minutes free access, to a completely free internet service on all domestic flights operated by aircraft equipped with its Gogo inflight wi-fi systems. The new campaign will be available from February 1 through August 31, 2017 on 77 aircraft.

Inflight video programs such as sports, gourmet, music and animation, etc are also provided on wi-fi equipped aircraft on domestic routes, and customers can enjoy those free programs by accessing the system on their own wi-fi capable devices.
