B/E secures major super first class contract

September 1, 2016 – B/E Aerospace has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with a “major international airline” to outfit its new-buy Boeing 777 aircraft with proprietary super first class suites.

The contract includes an option to outfit additional wide-body aircraft. According to B/E, the firm award is valued in excess of US$260 million and the option portion of the agreement is valued at approximately US$190 million. Initial deliveries are expected to begin in late 2017.
