Stylish stowage at Altitude

0

New Zealand-based design house Altitude Aerospace Interiors has delivered the first of its customised first-class cabin stowage units designed specifically for the Boeing 777-300ER. The customer’s identity is confidential at present.

These luxurious monuments come with a high-gloss woodgrain top and a fully customised latching system with high aesthetic appeal, designed to enhance their premium environment. The centreline half-height monument will provide stowage and usability for passengers in the six first-class suites on the aircraft, and with no overhead stowage, passengers will enjoy more headroom plus a greater sense of openness and space in the cabin. The soft upholstery lined compartments are complemented with accent lighting and a set of drawers, merging clever functionality with great utilisation of space.

These monuments have had a seamless journey from concept through design, manufacture, testing and certification. The completed aircraft is scheduled for delivery to its customer in September and will provide a whole new level of space and style to airline passengers in the near future.
