Bucher Group and Satair collaborate for galley parts supply

At Aircraft Interiors Expo 2019 in Hamburg (April 2-4), Bucher Group and Satair signed their first collaborative agreement, for the supply of galley spare parts. Bucher Group is a Swiss-based manufacturer of galleys and monuments, while Satair is a parts distribution and services supplier within the commercial aerospace aftermarket industry.

At the contract signing, Bucher Group CEO, Beat Burlet said, “With this agreement, our customers will benefit from regional stocks and support while keeping the same conditions they’ve had with us. The goal of this collaboration is to provide regional solutions and support to reduce lead-times and thereby further improve our customer service.”

Morten Olsen, VP and head of product management at Satair added, “With the combined experience of our companies within the aerospace industry, we hope to provide customers with improved regional solutions and support, which will give an increased value in the form of shorter lead-times and exceptional customer support.”
