0

Jet Edge has entered into a deal with Gogo Business Aviation to upgrade its super-mid Bombardier Challenger and large cabin Gulfstream fleet to the Avance L5 connectivity system, with 4G capability for fast wi-fi and inflight streaming.

Jet Edge is a USA-based full-service private aviation company and its fleet will be the first to be entirely equipped with Avance L5 systems. The conversion is slated for final completion by the end of Q3 202, with over 20 aircraft already equipped.

Gogo’s Avance L5 system enables the use of popular streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube, and Hulu, video conferencing, and on-demand movie viewing. Passengers are able to access high-speed internet for web browsing on their personal smartphones, laptops and tablets. Real-time data for cockpit apps, and remote diagnostics and support are also available.
