KLM’s new meal service concept


A new cabin crew employment agreement means KLM is losing a crew member on many intercontinental flights. To help maintain meal service standards, the airline has come up with a new, more efficient economy class service concept and redesigned its meal trays. Here’s what’s in store from July 1st
