0

The PASSME Experience Lounge at Hamburg Airport is a designed as a new type of passenger-centric airport waiting area, with a focus on reducing time wastage time and improving the passenger experience.

The lounge incorporates round and soft shapes, colors, materials and finishes. The space also includes charging points, as well as a variety of seating, to accommodate different types of passengers, whether solo business travelers, families or groups.

Video mapping and projections help to create an immersive environment, by projecting images of clouds and aerial footage of Hamburg on the walls of the lounge. The projections also include directions for boarding and other useful information for the passenger, to help them prepare for their journey.

This project ties in with the PASSME boarding concept and app concept.
