Enjoy the high life with Air Astana’s designer kits

Guest amenity and hospitality specialist, Formia, has expanded its relationship with Kazakhstan flag carrier, Air Astana, for the supply of amenity kits for business class customers on both long- and short-haul flights. The deal is for something rather special, with tie-ups with luxury fashion labels, Christian Lacroix and Furla.

The Christian Lacroix bags will feature the famous Parisian atelier’s flamboyant and colorful prints and feature the company’s signature butterfly pattern. The Furla women’s bags will be a miniature version of the brand’s handbags, including the signature gold zip. Within these designer delights, customers will find something else a little special: a pair of slippers, rather than the usual flight socks.

Yelena Obukhova, Air Astana’s director of inflight product said, “We thank Formia for bringing us such premium labels which cannot fail to delight passengers with their unrivalled style and luxury in a practical product, with the potential for many after-flight uses.”
