Registration is now open for Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) and World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE), which return to Hamburg Messe from 14-16 April 2026. The show organisers say the co-located events will offer attendees three days of networking opportunities, product launches and industry insights, with brand-new zones adding to the experience.
A single badge gives entry to both shows, which comprise the largest annual gathering of airlines, cabin interiors suppliers and onboard services suppliers – with more than 200 commercial airlines and over 800 exhibitors expected across both events.
A day of insight to fuel the week
The events begin the day before the exhibitions open, with the Passenger Experience Conference (PEC). The conference, taking place on 13th April, brings together airline executives and industry leaders for wide-ranging discussions on topics such as digital transformation, passenger wellness, and sustainable travel.
Confirmed speakers to date include representatives from Lufthansa Group, United Airlines, Teague, Panasonic Avionics, Tangerine, Fiji Airways, Aer Lingus, Ethiopian Airlines Group and Saudi Airlines, with additional speakers to be announced soon. The full-day conference provides attendees with big picture thinking, future direction, and competitive advantage ahead of the exhibition floors opening on 14th April.

AIX celebrates 25 years of cabin innovation
AIX 2026 marks the 25th edition of the expo, and the organisers will be finding ways to reflect on a quarter-century of cabin innovation while also looking ahead to the next generation of interiors. The show also addresses the needs of today, with thousands of products on display, including the latest advancements across all elements of the passenger experience, from IFEC to sustainability, to accessibility.
The 2026 show will introduce the new BizJet Interiors Zone, an area of the show floor where suppliers will showcase bespoke craftsmanship for VVIP and business jet aircraft.
Archana Dharni, event director of AIX, said of the 2026 show: “With the aircraft interiors market projected to nearly double to USD 58.23 billion by 2032, AIX offers a front-row seat to an industry evolving at remarkable speed. Over the past 25 years we have seen cabin design transformed, and our 25th edition will showcase how much more the sector is set to achieve in the next quarter century and beyond.”
Onboard hospitality innovations at WTCE 2026
WTCE 2026 will return with an expanded show floor, including the addition of Hall A2 – a major new space exclusively dedicated to Gategroup, the global provider of inflight services, and its onboard brands. Alongside this expansion, the 2026 expo will introduce new features designed to drive innovation across onboard catering, retail and passenger comfort.
Visitors will be able to explore the latest products and services while following themed trails that highlight the suppliers leading the way in environmental solutions, passenger wellbeing, and digital transformation.
New for 2026, the Drinks Zone in Hall A4 will showcase both emerging and established beverage brands, while the First-Time Exhibitor Village will offer a launchpad for new suppliers in the onboard experience sector.

Shona Thomson, event manager of WTCE said of the show: “WTCE 2026 will reflect the evolution of onboard services as a key driver of airline identity, passenger satisfaction, and ancillary revenue. With the addition of a new hall dedicated entirely to Gategroup, along with new areas such as the Drinks Zone and First-Time Exhibitor Village, we’re giving visitors more to explore than ever before. It’s the place to be for anyone looking to uncover the ideas, products and partnerships that will shape the future of onboard hospitality.”
Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) will take place in Halls B1–B7, and World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE) in Halls A1, A2 and A4 at the Hamburg Messe, Germany, from 14–16 April 2026, following the Passenger Experience Conference (PEC) on 13 April 2026.
