The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX), one of the world’s largest international airline associations, has announced its 2025-26 board of directors.
The announcement of the board, which comprises volunteers from member companies across the aviation industry, was made at APEX’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 18 December, where the association’s leaders and members met to review key operational, financial and strategic developments.
“We’re proud to welcome the incoming board of directors and are grateful for their willingness to serve,” said Lauren Costello, executive director of APEX.
“Their collective knowledge and leadership will play an important role in positioning APEX to address evolving industry demands and continue elevating the passenger experience while providing value to the diverse and engaged member community.”
