The International Flight Services Association (IFSA) has announced its 2026–2027 board of directors, with five newly elected and re-elected inflight services industry leaders ready to guide the association’s priorities for the year ahead and advance the industry.
The new board will help shape IFSA’s priorities for the coming year, supporting initiatives that strengthen industry collaboration, advance onboard service standards, and address emerging opportunities across the passenger experience.
The newly elected IFSA 2026–2027 board members are:
- SJ Barton, head of commercial, HACO (Harvey Alpert & Company)
- Stephanie Laster, managing director, onboard experience, Delta Air Lines
- Jonjie Lockman, CEO, Intervine
- Sheri Whiteley, senior manager of inflight dining & service, American Airlines
- Andrew Yiu, vice president, in-flight service and Air Canada Rouge, Air Canada
The leadership transition also includes changes to IFSA’s executive officer positions. Matrix de Vries, food and product specialist at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines now serves as president, with Paul Mills, a strategy & transformation specialist at IAG advancing to vice president.
Jeremy Parsons, CEO of AMI Group moves to the role of treasurer, and Tim Zandbergen, senior director at ANA Catering, assumes the role of secretary. Jon Harwood, VP retail at Dnata will serve as president emeritus, continuing to support the association through his industry experience and leadership.

“The strength of IFSA comes from the expertise and commitment of its members, and this incoming Board brings together the perspectives needed to help the industry navigate what comes next,” said Lauren Costello, executive director at IFSA. “As passenger expectations, technology and culinary innovation continue to evolve, we look forward to working with these leaders to turn those changes into meaningful progress across inflight service.”
The appointments, announced at IFSA’s Annual Business Meeting, also marked the conclusion of service on the board for Mike Henny, SVP, customer experience at Wheels Up, and Dulce Martin, founder and CEO of Adulce Group LLC. IFSA thanked both leaders for their contributions, leadership and commitment to advancing the association and inflight services industry.
