ABC International has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with JSD Corporation to create a joint venture specialising in aircraft cabin interiors. The MoU is also intended to expand ABC International’s presence in the Asia Pacific region, expand JSD’s activities in the aircraft interiors sector, and give customers in Asia Pacific greater access to cabin interior products with shorter delivery times.
The partnership, signed at the MRO Asia-Pacific 2026 show in Singapore, will combine ABC International’s aircraft cabin design and production capabilities with JSD Corporation’s aviation experience, regional market knowledge, and established relationships with airlines and lessors.
ABC International is an EASA-approved Design and Production Organisation based in Naples, Italy, offering certification and modification services to aviation companies such as airlines, lessors, MROs and OEMs. In recent years the company has delivered more than 300 aircraft cabin modification and upgrade projects to airlines.
JSD Corporation Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based aviation company with experience in aircraft and engine leasing, sales, and customer support. It has also worked with aircraft seat manufacturers to bring cabin products to airlines in Asia and other markets.
