Lantal, the Switzerland-based manufacturer of textiles and carpets for aircraft interiors, has announced a planned leadership transition. After more than 20 years as CEO and owner of the company, Dr Urs Rickenbacher is handing over operational leadership of the group to Luzius Rickenbacher.
Luzius Rickenbacher has worked at Lantal for more than 10 years and has advanced through leadership roles, most recently heading its aviation business. Working closely with the management team, he has played a key role in shaping Lantal innovations, including the development of the Digital Deep Dyeing technology for carpets.
Dr Urs Rickenbacher will remain closely connected to the company as owner and member of the board of directors.
