NewTerritory, the London-based brand experience and design studio, has made two new senior appointments to help it achieve further growth in 2026. Jack Holloway and Isabella Speight have joined the studio, which has a client list that includes Aeroméxico, Delta Air Lines, LATAM, Mercedes-Benz, Coca-Cola, Ford, Bang & Olufsen, and Panasonic.

Jack Holloway joins the studio as Creative Director, bringing his multi-disciplinary background that spans architecture, product design and visual identity. He spent over seven years at Landor and more than five years at Pentagram, where he says he developed a holistic approach to brand building.
Holloway’s experience spans product, environment and experience design, having done work for brands including Starbucks, Amazon and Verizon, as well as retail and hospitality environments for Great Western Railways and Nespresso.
His work has been recognised internationally by Cannes Lions, D&AD and the Dezeen Awards, and his collaboration with ORDO on an accessible toothbrush was named one of TIME Magazine’s Best Inventions of 2023.
Isabella Speight joins NewTerritory as Client Strategy Director. She has moved from Construct, where she gained extensive experience leading complex, large-scale brand programmes and long-term client relationships. At Construct, she led projects for House of Shinsegae, The Dorchester Collection, London Square and Maison Grace.
Prior to this, Speight held a senior role within the entertainment and media industry, where she developed skills in storytelling, audience engagement and cultural relevance..

Ben Harding, managing director at NewTerritory, said of the appointments: “2025 was a year of accelerated growth for NewTerritory, creatively and commercially. As we look ahead, Jack and Isabella significantly strengthen our creative and client leadership. Their combined creative depth and strategic rigour positions us strongly as we continue to scale, with a number of new projects launching throughout 2026.”
Harding works alongside studio founder Luke Miles, who is the former head of design at Virgin Atlantic and LG Europe. You can find out more about the studio’s work and outlook in our 2025 Design Showcase issue.
The appointments follow what NewTerritory says was a landmark year, with new client wins across the aviation, automotive and hospitality sectors, and a series of major global project launches. These included launching the studio’s automotive division, Delta Air Lines’ cabin redesign, and Aeroméxico’s Premier One Experience. In 2025, the studio was also acquired by US-based experience consultancy, Geniant.
